Title: E-Commerce Assistant

Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00
Headstock Group is recruiting an E-Commerce Assistant, with a primary responsibility for assisting in growing our portfolio of brands through an established Amazon business. Working in a fast-paced office environment, the role provides an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of tasks with some of the world’s leading musical equipment brands.
To be a successful candidate you will be motivated, organised, and proactive, with good communication skills and will be comfortable working in a team based at our West Midlands headquarters. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, optimisation and marketing of the Amazon platform, reporting to the E-Commerce Account Manager. The role involves direct growth of our brands through Amazon Vendor Central and other e-commerce platforms.
Based in the Black Country, in the heart of the UK, Headstock Group is a family-owned, private company. It is the owner of the world-renowned Laney Amplification and HH Electronics brands, and the exclusive UK & Ireland distributor for Ibanez, DiMarzio, Truetone, Tama, Zildjian & Aquarian Drumheads. This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work across all of these exciting brands, to gain experience and to potentially progress within the organisation over time.
• Customer order and shipment processing.
• Analysis and insight of forecasting and brand analytics to drive sales and ensure fulfilment.
• Optimising our catalogue and presence on the site to ensure our brands are well represented. This will include, but is not limited to; A+ content, product variations, keywords, language translation, images and videos.
• Monitor and report on weekly metrics such as sales performance, fulfilment and customer insights.
• Coordination with buyers to ensure high availability of stock.
• Coordination of marketing strategy with relevant departments.
• Excellent written English.
• Strong IT literacy to include MS Office.
• Highly numerate with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Be able to work to required deadlines, be self-motivated, resourceful, and organised.
• Be eager to learn and to retain information.
• Recent experience and knowledge of Vendor Central or Seller Central.
• Brand Analytics, Brand Registry and AMS strongly desirable.
• Knowledge of other European languages.
• Experience as a guitarist, bassist, sound engineer or drummer.
• Experience in an office or workplace to include the use of email, telephone systems and MRP/ERP software systems.
